Hi, I am Monty Minstermouse. I live under the lectern of Howden Minster.

Churchside is now almost finished. Doesn't it look different. I have been out and about daily to explore every centimetre of the work. I can see it will look good once it has become 'bedded in'.

It took them a bit longer than expected but most things do these days, and the weather didn't help.

All we need now is for the scaffolded house to be finished and we can really appreciate the improvements up Churchside.

There is still a plaque to go up to commemorate the work. Unless that has already happened since I last went out. I have been a little under the weather recently, the cold spell didn't help either.

I will be expecting a visit from all of you pupils at the three schools, Howden Infant School, Howden Junior School and Howden School to visit and decide what you make of the piece of art that has been created.
